COMMERCIAL
Our formula for successful commercial design has been to create a balance between the expression of a corporate image and the development of a comfortable and efficient workplace. Design solutions arise out of a researched knowledge of the company’s character and operations being translated into built form employing economical building systems, analysis, sustainable building principles and modern design. Projects have included office buildings both public and private, space planning, medical clinics, retail complexes, wholesale centers and tenant improvement work.

HOSPITALITY
Some of our largest and most notable work has been the hotel, restaurant and entertainment projects in Florida, and the Caribbean including St. Croix, St. Thomas, St. Lucia and Anguilla. We are a full charge hotel architect responsible from master planning through architectural interiors. Success in these projects has been in our ability to balance the creation of relaxing environments with architectural identity with sustainable design principles, efficient design and economical building systems sensitive to the local trades. Projects have included hotels, convention centers, casino control offices, restaurants, nightclubs, time sharing and luxury condominiums.

RESTORATION & REHABILITATION
One of the most rewarding areas of our practice has been in restoration and rehabilitation, particularly our involvement with historic preservation projects.
